Dr. Narender Satya Garg ( Managing Partner) B. Com, F.C.A, F.C.S, LLB., Ph D.

Narender Satya Garg is a Commerce Graduate and also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) respectively. He is also a Law Graduate and conferred the Doctorate in Finance & Education. He has more than 30 year of experience in consultancy of direct & Indirect taxation matters, Project Finanacing, Foreign Trade and handling corporate affairs in different areas. Being an expert in all these, he started his professional practice in taxation matter and provides services to National/ International Indivitual and National/ International Companies.

Mr. Sachin Sharma (Associate Partner) B. Com, F.C.A,

Sachin Sharma is a Commerce Graduate and also Associates Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) . He has 7 years experience in consultancy of Financing, Foreign Trade, Direct & Indirect Taxation Matters and handling Corporate Affairs in different areas. He is an expert in Finalization of Balance Sheet, Corporate Law, Direct and Indirect Taxation. He initially started his career in corporate i.e. Real Estate, Manufacturing Company and Engineering Procurement & Construction Companies (EPC).

He started professional practice in partnership with NVM & Company Chartered Accountants for providing consultancy in Financing, Foreign Trade, Direct & Indirect Taxation Matters and handling Corporate Affairs in different areas.

Ms. Pratibha Singh (Associate Partner) B. Com, A.C.A, Ind AS certified,

Pratibha Singh is a Commerce Graduate and also Associates Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) . She has 5 years experience in Accounting , GST , TDS , consultancy of Financing, Direct & Indirect Taxation Matters. She is an expert in Handling Accounting and Consultancy matters of clients.

She has an expert hand in Planning and Management Information System.

Mr. Sushiel Shandilya (Associate Partner) B.SC, F.C.A,

Sushiel Shandilya is a Commerce Graduate and also Associates Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) . He has 28 years experience in the filed of Accounting, Taxation and Internal Audits.

He has vast experience in Auditing the Car Dealers on behalf of Car Manufacturers.

Ms. Divya Sindhi . Associate Partner ( B Com , ACA )

Divya Sindhi is a associate partner and having more than 12 Years of Experience in the field of Accounting and Internal Audits of Automobile Dealers and Expert in checking Malpractices at the part of Dealers and Reporting as per Requirements.

Mrs Sarika Jindal Garg (Associate) M. Com (H), A.C.S.

Sarika Garg is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has multifaceted experience in Corporate Compliances, Consultancy, Due Diligence, FEMA and Corporate restructuring. She is managing our Legal and Secretarial Department. She is handling all work relating to ROC, RBI, MCA, RD, CLB, DIPP and any of the concerned government authority.
